The Aerial Yoga class combines traditional yoga poses with a hammock to enhance flexibility, balance, and core strength. Using the fabric as support, you can easily explore new movements, build core muscles, and achieve deeper stretches. The suspended poses also stimulate the lymphatic system, promoting circulation and detoxification.
