​課堂介紹 Class Introduction

​新蒲崗店設有六款課堂,包含由初階至中高階,學員可根據自己程度及需求選取合適的課堂。
San Po Kong studio offers six types of classes, ranging from beginner to intermediate-advanced levels. Students can choose classes that suit their level and needs.

Beginner 初級

初級普拉提適合初次接觸普拉提的學員,課堂以輕快的速度進行,重點教授核心床基礎技巧、正確姿勢以及呼吸方法,為未來的訓練奠定堅實的基礎。

Refomer Beginner is suitable for individuals new to Pilates. The class is conducted at a brisk pace, focusing on teaching fundamental reformer techniques, correct posture, and breathing methods, laying a solid foundation for future training.

All-in-One 全身訓練

全身訓練普拉提適合任何程度人士,課堂提供全面訓練,結合力量訓練、柔韌性、協調性、平衡及姿態調整練習等,適合想提升整體健康、姿態和身體意識的學員。

Reformer All-in-One is suitable for individuals of all levels. The class provides a comprehensive workout, combining strength training, flexibility, coordination, balance, and posture correction exercises. It is ideal for those looking to enhance overall health, posture, and body awareness.

Tower Mix 混合半高架床

混合半高架床普拉提加入了半高架床(Half Cadiliac),能夠提供阻力及支撐以進行多樣化的全身鍛鍊,有效訓練力量、柔韌性和協調性等訓練,適合任何程度人士。

Tower Mix incorporates the Half-Cadillac, which provides resistance and support for a variety of full-body exercises. It effectively trains strength, flexibility, and coordination, making it suitable for individuals of all levels.

Cardio Burn 有氧消脂

有氧訓練普拉提課堂加入普拉提核床跳板,將有氧間歇訓練與普拉提核心床練習結合,有效提升心率和加強核心力量,是節奏快又充滿活力的一課。

Cardio Burn incorporates the Pilates reformer jump board, combining aerobic interval training with Pilates reformer exercises. This class effectively elevates heart rate and strengthens core muscles, offering a fast-paced and energetic workout.

Booty Sculpt 美臀塑形

美臀塑形普拉提著重於下肢腳部及臀部訓練,透過力量訓練,有效雕塑臀部線條及強化下肢肌肉。

Booty Scuplt focuses on lower body and glute training. Through strength exercises, it effectively shapes the glutes and strengthens lower body muscles.

Core 核心強化

核心強化普拉提是一節強度較高的課堂,旨在加強及穩定深層核心肌群,訓練動作著重挑戰核心力量,有效改善姿勢並提升整體力量。

Reformer x Core is a high-intensity class designed to strengthen and stabilize the deep core muscles. The exercises focus on challenging core strength, effectively improving posture and enhancing overall strength.
